Call for Abstracts

The 11th Annual Conference on Polyphenols and Health will solicit abstracts for oral and poster presentations through Friday, May 24, 2024 at 23:59 Pacific Time. The accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, MA, USA on October 16-19, 2024.

ICPH 2024 will accept abstracts for oral and poster presentation consideration in the following topic areas: 

 

  • Measurement of Polyphenols

  • Bioavailability, Absorption & Metabolism

  • Clinical Trials

  • Observational Studies

  • Biomarkers

  • Microbiome

  • Cardiovascular Disease

  • Cardiometabolic Outcomes

  • Brain & Cognition

  • Other Health Outcomes

  • Guidelines & Policy

 

Submitting an Abstract

Please follow the steps below to submit an abstract for ICPH 2024. If you have questions or require assistance with your abstract submission, please contact the Conference Organizers at ICPH@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
 
Each submitter may submit up to one abstract at no charge. Additional abstracts will be billed at $100 each. 
 
Once you have created an account in the abstract system, select “Click Here to Start”. Then follow the instructions on the submission site to complete your abstract submission.
 

STEP 1:

  • Indicate your abstract topic.
  • Indicate if you would like to be considered for an oral presentation or poster presentation only. 
  • Enter your abstract title in title case. (This Is a Sample of Title Case). Titles are limited to 150 characters.
  • Enter your abstract content.
  • Review your abstract. Confirm all special characters are showing correctly and that the abstract did not exceed the 2,000-character limit. 
  • Enter presenting/submitting author information.
  • Agree to the Abstract Terms and Conditions (see details below).
  • Click the “Submit Abstract” button to submit your proposal.
 

STEP 2:

  • Enter all co-authors’ information. They may be in the system already, so please search and if they are not listed click "I have looked for my Author and they do not exist".
  • Authors’ names will appear in the order they were entered on the submission site. The presenting author’s name will be underlined and their email address published in congress materials.  
  • Please do not enter information, such as author’s names, contact information or abstract titles in all CAPITAL LETTERS. Capitalize letters only where necessary.
  • You may not save a draft proposal, but you can return and edit your abstract or add co-authors at any time prior to the deadline.
  • For safekeeping, you may save your abstract proposal by navigating to your submitted abstract(s) and clicking "Download." Acknowledgement of receipt of completed abstract will be sent via email upon submission.
 
 

Acceptance of Abstracts

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide whether a submission will be accepted, and the right to determine the presentation form. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. Submitters will be notified of their acceptance status and form of presentation by Friday, June 28, 2024. 
 

Abstract Terms and Conditions

By submitting an abstract, you agree to the following deadlines and procedures:
 
  • Accepted presenting authors do not receive compensation of reimbursement of expenses for presentation at ICPH 2024. 
  • All presenting authors must register and pay to attend ICPH 2024. 
  • If selected, presenting authors agree to adhere to the schedule established by the Conference and comply with all requirements set forth.
  • You may submit more than one abstract for review. However, each submission must be completed in full before a new abstract submission can be started.
  • Additional abstracts are subject to a fee of $100 per abstract to be paid at the time of registration. If you did not pay for the additional abstract(s) on your registration form, please contact the ICPH Registration Coordinator at Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. If payment is not received, only the first abstract submitted will be reviewed and considered for presentation.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt of abstract will be sent to the presenting author's email upon completion of submission.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or decline all submissions and to select the presentation format. 
  • Presenting authors will be notified of acceptance status and format of presentation by Friday, June 28, 2024
