I am having trouble getting started with my online registration.

Please visit the ICPH 2024 registration website:


Click on the “New Registration” button and follow the prompts.

Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf, you will not be able to use that email address again. Please contact the Registration Coordinator for further assistance:


I cannot find my registration confirmation email.

A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
  2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Registration Confirmed – ICPH 2024”.
  3. Email and request that your registration confirmation be resent.


What is included in the conference registration fee?

Full conference registration includes:

  • Name badge and entry to all general conference sessions, the Welcome Reception, and poster sessions.
  • Electronic PDFs of the abstract book, attendee roster, and certificate of attendance.
  • All scheduled conference meals as outlined in the conference program. Please note, the Banquet Dinner on Friday, October 18th, requires pre-registration at an additional fee through the registration website.


Can I just attend one day of the conference?

One-day registrations are not available for this conference.


I need a Letter of Invitation to attend the conference. How do I get one?

Please complete your ICPH 2024 conference registration to receive further information on how to obtain a personalized Letter of Invitation.


I have already completed my registration, but I need to modify my selections or change the information on my record. How can I do that?

To modify your registration, or update your contact information, please email with your modification request.


I selected “pay by check” as my payment option, but now I want to pay with a credit card.

Please visit the Modify Registration Page to login with your email and reference number (found in your confirmation email). You will be directed to the payment page where you can select “credit card” and enter your payment details


I can no longer attend the conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Additional items are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original payment if substitution request is made on or before September 13, 2024. Substitutions can be made at any time or at the onsite Registration Desk. Additional purchased items are non-transferrable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made prior to September 13, 2024.


I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the conference. We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Cancellations received by September 13, 2024 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee (USD). Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellation requests after September 13, 2024. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.


If, for any reason, the conference should be canceled, ICPH 2024 will refund the registration fee. The conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.


I still want to attend the conference, but I need to cancel an additional item. What is the cancellation policy for additional items?

Optional or additional items are fully refundable prior to the cancellation deadline of September 13, 2024. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to No refunds will be given for cancellation requests after September 13, 2024.


Can I obtain a certificate of attendance?

Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be provided via a link. 


I have dietary restrictions, food allergies, or need to request special accommodations. How do I inform the conference planners?

You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, if necessary. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e. receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated. 


Where will the conference registration desk be located?

The conference will be held at the Boston Sheraton Hotel, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The Registration Desk will officially open on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 at 4:00 PM. 


I would like to reserve a hotel room in Boston. Which hotel should I contact?

Is Wi-Fi provided during the conference?

Complimentary wi-fi will be provided at the Sheraton Boston Hotel.


What should I wear?

Business casual attire is recommended. Be sure to wear layers, as the meeting spaces may run hot or cool compared to your comfort level – layers are key!
